Tour Description
We invite you to a magical journey to Rovaniemi, the official home of Santa Claus! This five-day tour will immerse you in the atmosphere of a real winter fairy tale and give an unforgettable experience for both adults and children.
The main event of the tour will be, of course, meeting Santa at his residence. You ll be able to personally communicate with the good wizard, make a wish and even receive a present from him!
Exciting adventures are waiting for you: a dog sled safari through the snowy forest and a thrilling ride on snowmobiles. You ll also visit a unique snow village where you can admire ice sculptures and even have a hot drink at the ice bar.
On this tour you will:

Tour program
DAY 1. Snow hotel and dinner in an ice restaurant
Arrival in Rovaniemi. Transfer to hotel.
Drive to snow hotel and dinner in ice restaurant. You ll walk around the snow hotel, see the ice bar and ice chapel. Then you ll have a 3-course dinner in an ice restaurant where even the tables and seats are made of ice.
Overnight in Rovaniemi or overnight in a glass igloo (extra charge).

DAY 2. Santa Claus Village — Santa Park
Breakfast at hotel.
Excursion to Santa Claus village. You ll visit Santa’s office, and the youngest guests will tell Santa what present they want to receive for the holiday. You ll visit Santa’s post office where you can send a letter to your friends, and of course you ll cross the Arctic Circle.
Visit Santa Park. You ll go to a world of fairy tales in Santa’s underground caves. You ll meet Santa, visit the Ginger Bakery, see the Snow Queen in her ice kingdom, take a ride on a magic train, and learn in an elf school.
Night in Rovaniemi

DAY 3. Husky and reindeer sledding — Snowmobiles
Breakfast at hotel.
Riding on husky and reindeer sleds. You ll visit a reindeer farm where you ll learn about these animals and their habits, and then take a reindeer sled ride. After a warm drink, you ll go to the husky kennel, where you can take a fast ride in a sled dog sled.
Snowmobile trip for the whole family. You ll go on an adventure through winter forest trails, along pine trees and snowdrifts shimmering in the sun. During the break, children will be given special snowmobiles for children to ride while you rest after the trip.
Overnight in Rovaniemi.

Drive to Ranua Zoo with lunch. Arctic forest surrounds the park where you will meet polar bears, wolves, lynx, foxes, owls and moose in their natural habitat. You will explore the park and then visit the Fazer candy shop. After a walk through the zoo, you will enjoy lunch in a cosy café before the return journey.
Overnight in Rovaniemi.

Additional information:
Snowmobile rental terms, deposit and breakdown costs:
- Any damage to the vehicle must be fully covered by the participant.
- The refundable deposit is 500 euros. In case of breakdown — repairs are covered from the deposit.
- The cost of the repair is calculated from the price of purchasing parts at amazon or ebay prices + delivery charge + TAX 10%.
Booking Conditions:
- Prepayment of the expedition — 50% at time of booking. We will issue an invoice to the bank or pay by card through the website.
- Final payment of the expedition — no later than 45 calendar days before the start of the expedition.
- Security deposit — 500 euros, to be paid at the moment of signing the contract on the vehicle one day before the start.
